Yummmm!!

For those of you who know me, know that I don't cook. Baking is another story... but cooking hasn't always been my forte. However, my roommates and I have been cooking quite a lot since we've been here! Here is a pic of our dinner the first night, just the four of us!

We purposed to the girls next door - Kate, Madeline, Vanessa, Natalie and Danielle - that we have a due appartamento dinner every week! Every Wednesday we'll get together for a home-cooked meal! This week (pics coming soon!) we made the main dish and a side, and the girls next door made antipasti, got a dessert and brought the wine! It really is going to be a fun tradition, and will teach us how to cook different things every week (one of our rules is that you can't make the same thing twice!)
